Frozen Parent Meeting

Good afternoon GHS Frozen parents,

If you are receiving this email, you have a student (or students) cast in GHS Theatre's upcoming production of Frozen!

Spring musical season is almost upon us and we have a lot to cover. I would like to invite you all to join us on Monday, November 10 for a musical parent meeting in the GHS auditorium at 6:30 pm.

At this meeting, we will be discussing cast fees, fundraiser opportunities, sponsor opportunities, and volunteer opportunities.

Speaking of fundraiser opportunities, we have a fundraiser that students can choose to partake in to help pay their cast fee for the musical. Students can partake in selling candles. Each candle is $12 and 50% of each candle sold will go towards that student's cast fee. We have fundraiser forms available for students to pick up now but will also have some available for pick up at the meeting. These candle sales will be due December 1st.

We are still determining the cast fee and will announce that at the meeting next week.
