Theatre 3 After School Rehearsals/Parent Form

Good morning,

I hope this email finds you well. If you are receiving this email, then you have a student (or students) enrolled in Theatre 3. 

After School Rehearsals

We will begin after-school rehearsals for our competition one-act immediately following Fall Break. The students were informed of this on Friday, but as some were absent, I thought it was best to pass this info on.

The schedule will be as follows:

• Monday, 10/13 - 4 pm-6pm

• Thursday, 10/16 - 4 pm-6pm

• Monday 10/20 - 4 pm-7pm

• Tuesday 10/21 - 4 pm-7pm

• Wednesday 10/22 - 4 pm-7pm

• Thursday, 10/23 - 4 pm-7pm

• Monday, 10/27 - 4 pm - 9pm

Public Performances

We will then have a public performance on Tuesday, 10/28  and a possible second performance on 10/29(more info on that to come).

Conflicts

I understand that it is a busy time of year and students have jobs, extracurriculars, family obligations, etc. If your student has a conflict of any kind, please just let me know (or have them let me know).

Right to Know Act

Additionally, several weeks ago, your students were given parent forms to take home to have you sign and then return. These forms are part of a new initiative by Huntsville City Schools in accordance with the Parent Right To Know Act concerning any material we perform. I have received some but not all of these forms back. I need these signed forms returned so that I can then forward them to the district.

If you have not seen or signed this form, please ask your student. I can send home replacement forms if needed.
